Biography

Sarah Henshaw is an agent of change with over 20 years of partnering with communities, nonprofits, and individuals to build prosperous and inclusive communities. Sarah’s work focuses on rethinking how relationships, skills and lived experience come together in effective strategic planning, program design, business development and fundraising processes. She is a connector and collaborator in collective learning and change processes, who has worked with nonprofits around the world in different roles – from program manager and director to grant writer and board member.  Sarah is the Founder of Leaves of Change VT, a woman-owned nonprofit advisory and consulting collaborative working in partnership with US and international nonprofits.  Leaves of Change VT supports organizations ranging from small community organizations to large international nonprofits in planning, designing, learning, writing, and collaborating.
