Mark Cunningham

Biography

Mark Cunningham was born in Grand Rapids and grew up in Iowa. He majored in History and Political Science at the University of Iowa and later earned an ESL MA at the University of Northern Arizona. After getting his start in ESL as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Tunisia, Mark has taught in Saudi Arabia, Spain, Japan, and the US and is a frequent visitor to his wife’s home country of Thailand. ESL interests include reading and vocabulary development. Other interests are music, history, gardening, and outdoor activities.
