Alan Munn works on syntactic theory, especially on the interface between syntax and semantics. He also does work in psycholinguistics, particularly in the area of on-line syntactic comprehension studies and aphasia. His recent research interests have focused on the syntax, semantics and psycholinguistics of coordinate structures; agreement; comparative syntax and LF, parts of which have been published in Linguistic Inquiry, Natural Language Semantics and The Linguistic Review as well as various conference proceedings. He has a strong interest in cognitive science including both psycholinguistics and computational linguistics.
